Yes, you have to drag the edges of the window to make it larger. One other thing I noticed is that if you a reset, then you get that kind of welcome window and there's a button that says let's go, but if you are using 4k resolution, you get that popup window but you can't proceed because that button is not visible. I have to go in an change my screen resolution to 1080P, then the button shows up and I can proceed. I think that development is being done with 1080P and they aren't seeing the issue.
